Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Masanc, we are committed to preparing each order with care and attention to detail. Because all of our products are made-to-order, production begins only after your purchase is confirmed.
1. Order Fulfillment Time
This time includes order verification, custom design review by our team, and the production process by our third-party fulfillment partner. Please allow approximately 4 – 7 business days for your made-to-order item to be fully prepared before shipment.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Shipping times may vary depending on your destination. As soon soon as your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your order’s journey in real time.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time is calculated by adding the Order Fulfillment Time (4-7 days) to the Shipping Time.

3. Shipping Costs
We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our international customers.
- United States (US): Free shipping.
- Europe & Rest of the World: Flat Rate Shipping: $9.99 (USD) per order.
4. Important Delivery Notes
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed, as we rely on external shipping partners.
- Exclusion of Fulfillment: Shipping transit time does not include the 4–7 business days required to prepare and produce your order before shipment.
- Unforeseen Delays: In rare cases, delivery may take an additional 3–5 business days due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.
- Peak/Holiday Seasons: During peak shopping seasons and public holidays, deliveries may take longer than expected. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
- International Orders: Customs clearance may add extra days to your delivery timeline. We do not control the customs process and cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from them.
5. Handling Address Errors and Undeliverable Orders

After Your Order Has Shipped
If your package has already been sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we recommend the following steps:
Step 1: Contact Post Office / Address
Contact your local post office or visit the incorrect address (if possible) to check if the package can be retrieved.
Case 1: Package Cannot Be Recovered
If the item is not located and is not returned to us, we regret that we are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement. We strongly encourage double-checking your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
Case 2: Package is Returned to Masanc
Occasionally, undeliverable packages are returned to our facility. If we receive your returned order, we will notify you and provide the following option:
- Reship the Order: We can resend the item to your correct address. Please note that you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
Important Note on Refunds:
We regret that we cannot offer a refund for personalized, made-to-order products returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Due to the unique nature of the item, we are unable to restock or resell it.
Note: Original shipping charges paid will not be refunded (if applicable).
